KnowPaths Reach ("Reach", "we", "us", or "our") provides email, CRM, outreach, automation, AI-assisted writing, and related account services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use reach.knowpaths.com and the Reach application.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, login credentials, plan, billing status, and preferences; content you enter into Reach such as contacts, notes, campaign content, prompts, and messages; technical information such as browser, device, IP address, logs, and security events; and enquiry information you submit through our contact form.

2. Connected services

If you connect third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, Stripe, OpenAI, HubSpot, or other providers, Reach may receive or transmit information necessary to provide the requested feature. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not ask you to provide raw payment-card data to Reach; Stripe-hosted payment pages are used for payment details.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Reach, authenticate users, operate CRM and campaign features, process subscriptions, generate requested AI outputs, respond to enquiries, improve product performance, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about the service.

4. AI processing

When you use AI features, the content you submit for that feature may be sent to the AI service configured for Reach in order to generate the requested output. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information unless you are authorized to do so and the relevant service configuration is appropriate for that information.

5. Email and contact data

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload, store, contact, or market to individuals whose information you place in Reach. You must respect applicable anti-spam, privacy, and marketing laws, as well as opt-out and unsubscribe requests.

6. Sharing and service providers

We may use hosting, payment, email, analytics, security, and AI providers to operate Reach. We share only information reasonably necessary for those services. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or other controls over personal information. You may also close your Reach account or request assistance through our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

9. International use

Reach may be used across borders and service providers may process data in countries different from yours. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

10. Children

Reach is a business and professional productivity service and is not directed to children. Users must be legally able to enter into the agreement described in our Terms.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Reach evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after an effective update is subject to the revised policy.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the Reach Contact page.
