Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KnowPaths Reach. By creating an account or using Reach, you agree to these Terms. If you use Reach for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Reach service

Reach provides software features for contact management, outreach, campaign organization, automation, AI-assisted content, billing, and related workflows. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Reach for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious activity; send spam or messages in violation of applicable law; obtain or use personal data unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; distribute malware; interfere with Reach; or use the service to materially facilitate prohibited conduct.

4. Outreach and marketing responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully contact recipients, for providing required notices, for honoring opt-outs and unsubscribe requests, and for complying with applicable email, privacy, advertising, and consumer-protection laws. Reach does not guarantee that any message will be delivered, opened, answered, or result in a sale.

5. AI features

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sending them. Reach does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice through AI features.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may manage eligible plan changes, payment methods, and cancellation through the available billing tools. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

7. Free plan and limits

Free and paid plans may include limits on contacts, mailboxes, AI usage, campaigns, automation, users, storage, or other resources. We may enforce reasonable technical and anti-abuse limits to protect the service and other users.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Reach. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and use the content.

9. Intellectual property

Reach, its software, branding, designs, and documentation are owned by KnowPaths or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.

10. Third-party services

Reach may connect to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, or actions beyond our reasonable control. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using Reach at any time and may cancel paid subscriptions through available billing controls.

12. Disclaimers

Reach is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or specific commercial results.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowPaths will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from your use of Reach. Any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. If a change is material, we will use reasonable means to provide notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
